Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

In order to protect and preserve our brands and the integrity of our products, Select Juice, LLC has implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy which provides the following benefits:

  • Maintains brand identity and perceived value
  • Promotes fair competition across all channels
  • Allows smaller sellers to compete with larger retailers
  • Prevents underpricing and protects margins

Therefore, we ask that you agree to abide by the following requirements and restrictions:

  • Applies to advertisements in any and all types of media
  • Does not apply to any in-store advertising that is displayed only in the store
  • Strike-through of the minimum advertised price is prohibited
  • This policy does not establish maximum advertised prices
  • Does not apply to kegged or poured and served products

Select Juice, LLC ("RIJUICE") is solely responsible for determining whether a violation of the MAP policy has occurred, as well as for determining appropriate consequences and sanctions.
